A primary planet of the Terran Confederacy, it is used as the home base for Omega Squadron.
The Terran Dominion, successor to the Confederacy, placed a huge orbiting shipyard over Dylar IV, where battlecruisers were built and repaired.
In a swift action, the United Earth Directorate stole the battlecruisers, defeated the Dominion revenge fleet, and impressed the soldiers there into their service.
