Gina Tognoni (born November 28, 1973 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actress, most known for playing Kelly Cramer on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live from 1995 to 2001.
Since 2004, she has played the role of Dinah Marler on CBS's Guiding Light.
She was named Miss Rhode Island Teen in 1992 and Miss Rhode Island Teen All-American in 1993.
