Jon Kabat-Zinn

Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn is Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He teaches mindfulness meditation as a technique to help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain and illness. His books include "Mindfulness Meditation for Everyday Life", "Full Catastrophe Living - How to cope with stress, pain and illness using mindfulness meditation", "Wherever you go, there you are", and "Coming to our senses".
