Pagbilao is a municipality of the province of Quezon in the Philippines. It is situated on the northern shore of Tayabas Bay on Luzon and is located just east of Lucena City , the capital of Quezon. It is in this town where one of the country's largest power plant stations was founded. Once a sleepy town, it has boomed to become one of the province's most charming towns. It is part of the Tourism Highway program of the Department of Tourism.
