Panthalassa

Panthalassa (Greek for "all seas") was the vast ocean that surrounded the supercontinent Pangaea during the late Paleozoic era and the early Mesozoic era. It was broken into the Arctic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, and Pacific Ocean when Pangaea broke apart.
